Gandhinagar Sewerage Network & 10 MLD STP Construction Tender - EPC & O&M

• Design, supply, installation, and commissioning of sewerage networks across the designated area.
• Construction of Sewage Pumping Stations (SPS) with electro-mechanical systems.
• Establishment of a 10 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) based on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) basis.
• Implementation of electro-mechanical works including pumps, pipelines, and control systems.
• Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of the entire scheme for a period of 5 years post-completion.
• Coordination with local authorities for site preparation, land acquisition, and compliance.
• Ensuring environmental and safety standards are met throughout the project.

• The successful bidder must adhere to all technical and safety standards specified in the tender documents, including quality control and environmental regulations.

Sequential Process:

1. Site survey and soil testing.
2. Design and procurement of materials.
3. Civil construction and installation.
4. Electro-mechanical system setup.
5. Testing, commissioning, and handover.
6. Ongoing O&M for 5 years.

All technical works must comply with relevant Indian standards and environmental regulations, ensuring durability, safety, and operational efficiency.

The estimated project cost is INR 346.57 crore, inclusive of all civil, electro-mechanical, and operational expenses. The financial breakdown includes:

Payment Schedule:

• 10% advance payment upon contract signing.
• 40% during project execution (milestones-based).
• 50% post-completion and successful commissioning.

Bidders must submit detailed financial proposals with breakups, including taxes, duties, and other applicable charges. All payments are subject to certification by the designated authorities.
