The successful bidder must ensure all technical and safety standards are met, with timely delivery and ongoing maintenance support throughout the contract period.

The estimated cost for the vehicle supply is approximately INR 23,27,592.48. The payment will be made in installments aligned with project milestones, with a detailed schedule provided during contract signing. The bid must include a comprehensive quotation covering vehicle cost, taxes, registration, and insurance. The tender fee of INR 1180.00 is non-refundable. Payment terms stipulate that 30% of the total amount will be paid upon vehicle delivery, 40% after successful inspection and documentation, and the remaining 30% upon completion of the contract period. All costs should be inclusive of applicable taxes and duties, with clear breakdowns provided in the financial proposal.
