• Removal, collection, and transportation of wet bottom ash from Units 3 & 4 at Sikka TPS.
• Loading and unloading of ash using suitable equipment.
• Leveling and spreading of ash to ensure environmental safety.
• Transporting ash to designated disposal or storage sites as per government norms.

1. Initial site inspection and assessment.
2. Preparation of transportation and handling equipment.
3. Execution of ash removal in phases, ensuring safety protocols.
4. Monitoring and quality control during loading, transportation, and unloading.
5. Final site cleanup and reporting.

Key Deliverables:

• Complete removal and transportation of wet ash.
• Proper disposal or storage as per environmental guidelines.
• Maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the project.

The contractor shall ensure all technical equipment used is certified and maintained as per industry standards. The process involves initial assessment, execution, and final verification to ensure compliance with safety and environmental norms.

The estimated project cost is approximately ₹26,00,000. The payment will be made in installments based on milestones achieved, including:

• 20% advance payment upon contract signing.
• 40% after completion of ash removal and transportation.
• 30% post successful unloading and leveling.
• 10% retention until final approval.

All payments are subject to submission of necessary documents and compliance with contractual terms.
