GST is the bidder’s responsibility and will be reimbursed at actuals or current applicable rate, whichever is lower, up to quoted GST%. Payment terms are defined by rate contract; ensure base price includes estimated taxes to avoid extra charges.

Bidder must ensure the device is not end-of-life within the next 3 years as per OEM statements; supply should be from devices with at least 3 years residual market life to avoid bid rejection.
