Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Since the tender period for the year 2026-27 is 11 months from July 01, 2026 to May 2027, the total amount for 11 months, item-wise, should be mentioned in the financial bid in rupees.

Your service fee should be included in the financial bid by adding the total amount for 11 months to the minimum monthly wage rate fixed for each staff member for the year 2026-27.

The financial bid should not be quoted at a rate lower than the minimum wage rate fixed by the Department of Labor for the year 2026-27. If a lower rate is quoted, the tender will be rejected without consideration.
