The tenderer must provide a certificate issued by the concerned Technical Officer Range Forest Officer, Horticulture Officer, or equivalent authority certifying the quantity and quality of the plants available at the nursery or source from which the tenderer proposes to procure the plants.This certificate should clearly mention the species, height, health status, and total number of plants, confirming their suitability for the intended plantation or supply purpose

The tenderer must employee or engage at least one qualified horticulture technical person responsible for supervising and executing the horticultural works under the contract. The technical person must hold a degree or diploma in Horticulture or a related field from a recognized institution and have documentary evidence of qualification and employment/engagement shall be submitted with the bid
