Bidders or their OEMs must demonstrate 3 years of regularly manufactured and supplied similar category products to Central/State Govt Organizations or PSUs, with contract copies for each year to support quantity served.

The purchaser may increase ordered quantity up to 25% during contract and during the currency at contracted rates. Delivery time is recalculated as (increased quantity/original quantity) × original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days, ensuring schedule flexibility for demand spikes.

Applicants may participate with an OEM authorization or through a registered reseller. Proof of authorization must be provided to verify the capability to supply identical GPS devices meeting govt procurement standards for the Indian Army.

Delivery terms center on SITC, with the original delivery period defined at bid, and option-driven extensions up to 25% quantity. Ensure compliance with extended delivery calculations and minimum 30-day extension policy if applicable.
