Total value of civil engineering construction work, in Rupees, Performed in last five years. (BALANCE SHEET, PROFIT & LOSS AND AUDIT REPORT DULY AUDITED BY CA.)

Minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) amount of construction work ,which must be at least equal to 50 % of estimated cost of works for which bid has been invited. The turn over will be indexed at the rate of 8% for a year

i) Satisfactory completed at least one similar work of value not less than 50% of estimated Cost (Escalation As per appendix ITB sl no-19)

ii) The completion Certificate shall be issued by employer not below the rank of executive engineer or project manager. In case of Private client the completion crtificate and valuation of the project issued by employer should be certified by the retired executive engineer/Registered valuer of Nationlised Bank/Insurance Company/Income Tax Department.
