• Make/Brand constraint: For Sr.01 to Sr.02 use Bosch/Universal Carborundum/Grindwell Norton brands. Packing must meet OM standard packing; damaged items to be replaced at vendor cost.
• Delivery & acceptance: Inspect by physical inspection and MTC; deliver within 60 days of PO; payment upon acceptance with 30 days from receipt.
• Quality criteria: Ensure material authenticity, correct grade, and freshness; replacement of rejected lots at supplier expense.

• EMD/Docs: Submit PAN, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate certified by bank; upload MSME/MII/EMD/IP documents for vendor code creation.
