Submit GST certificate, PAN card, audited financial statements, experience certificates, EMD receipt, OEM authorization, technical bid detailing compliance with warranty terms, and company incorporation documents. Include evidence of a functional service center or plan to establish within 30 days of award.

Warranty must be 1 year from final acceptance or after installation completion. OEM warranty certificates must be provided at delivery. The seller should guarantee rectification of downtime during the warranty period and maintain service centers near consignee locations.

The purchaser may increase or decrease bid quantity by up to 25% at contract placement and during currency of contract at contracted rates. Delivery time extensions are calculated as (increased quantity/original quantity) × original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days.

Only four listed bidders are eligible: Big Bang Boom Solutions Pvt Ltd, Omni Speciality Services, Qoptars Private Limited, and Rchobbytech Solutions Private Limited. Ensure all mandatory documents and OEM authorizations are submitted by the deadline.

If the drone lab items are imported, an OEM or authorized seller must have a registered Indian office to provide after-sales service. Submit a certificate confirming in-country service capability and ensure installation and commissioning support is included in the bid.

Delivery terms require adherence to the original delivery period with possible extensions. If quantity increases, the extra time is calculated by the specified formula, with a minimum extension of 30 days. Documentation of service centers is prerequisite for payment release.

Obtain OEM warranty certificates at the time of delivery. Verify that the service network covers consignee states and that the 1-year warranty aligns with final acceptance. Include service-center details in the bid submission for validation.
