The company/firm should have been in the business of providing Similar manpower services for last financial years 2023-24 to 2025-26 to any Government offices in Karnataka / Govt undertaking organization in Karnataka, Details of past performance on services of 50 Percent similar nature of COMPUTER OPERATORS executed by the Service Provider in the format hereunder, provide documents in support of the claim

Eligibility Criteria
1
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
2
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Clause 13.2 Tenderer should quote keeping in mind statutory obligations i.e.tender bids of zero service charge or less than zero charges will be summarily rejected
