  Bidders must submit their proposals before the closing date and attend the bid opening as scheduled. Late submissions will be rejected.

The CCTV system must include:

• IP-based, HD resolution cameras with night vision.
• Managed switches supporting PoE.
• Fiber optic and Ethernet cabling.
• UPS backup for uninterrupted operation.
• Compatible surveillance management software for remote monitoring.
  All equipment should comply with ISO/IEC standards and be suitable for industrial surveillance needs.

Bids are evaluated based on:

• Technical competence (60%)
• Financial proposal (30%)
• Past experience and project quality (10%)
  Minimum technical score of 50 points is required. The evaluation considers bidder’s experience, technical compliance, financial stability, and adherence to submission guidelines. The highest scoring bid will be awarded the contract.
