- ✓ Must provide scanned copies of PAN card and GST registration certificate.
- ✓ Must submit a certified copy of registration as a drilling rig contractor or civil contractor.
- ✓ Must submit a notarized affidavit on Rs. 300 non-judicial stamp paper.
