Joint venture to any manufacturer is strictly not allowed.2.    Registration certificate of below ISO standard is a must. Scan copy of Valid Certificate should be attached.- ISO 15001-2008 (For Quality Management System)3.    Latest Nationalized Bank Solvency Certificate of Amount mentioned in the Tender Notice.4.    Bidder should have had average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs. 14.00 lakhs per annum during any one year of last five financial years (i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25). (It should be certified by registered C.A. firm only).5.    Similar work completed as main contractor at least one similar type of Modular Furniture & Interior work of Government / Semi Government or any other sector with costing of more than Rs. 5.27 lakhs.6.    Bidders must have to attach Registration Certificate of GST.7.    Bidders must have to attach Pan No.Other Terms & Conditions as per detailed tender documents
