The selected supplier will be responsible for the following:

• Supplying high-quality Cow & Buffalo Milk to the Cattle Breeding Farm in Bhuj.
• Ensuring milk meets the standards specified by the department.
• Maintaining hygiene and quality during transportation and storage.
• Providing the required quantity as per the contract schedule.

The process includes:

1. Bidders must submit all necessary documents as specified.
2. The bid must include proof of bid processing fee and EMD.
3. Bids will be evaluated based on quality, price, and supplier experience.
4. The successful bidder will sign a supply contract for 12 months.

• The supplier must coordinate with the department for delivery schedules, quality checks, and documentation.
• All supplies must adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
• The contract duration is 12 months, with options for renewal based on performance.

The milk supplied must meet the following technical parameters:

Sequential process:

1. Bidders prepare samples for testing.
2. Submit samples for departmental approval.
3. Upon approval, commence supply as per schedule.
4. Regular quality checks during supply period.

Technical compliance ensures quality and safety of milk for consumers and government standards.

The estimated cost for the entire project is approximately 30 lakh INR. Bidders must submit a bid that reflects competitive pricing within this range. The financial bid should include:

Payment terms:

• Payments will be made monthly upon submission of delivery and quality reports.
• The successful bidder must furnish a security deposit of Rs. 90,000 (EMD) which will be refunded after contract completion, subject to compliance.
• The bid should include detailed cost breakdowns and applicable taxes.
• Payments will be processed within 30 days of invoice submission and approval.
