- Inspection: Post‑receipt inspection at consignee site by Board of Officers; pre‑dispatch inspection not mandatory unless ATC specifies
- Advance sample approval: Submit one advance sample within 7 days of award; buyer to approve or request modifications within 7 days; bulk supply aligned to approved sample
- Turnover criteria: Three‑year average turnover as specified in bid document; provide audited statements or CA certificate
- Delivery & payment terms: Bulk supply conditioned on sample approval; LD/penalties details follow contract terms; payment terms defined in ATC
- Documentation: Bidders must provide GST, PAN, experience certificates, financial statements, EMD documents, OEM authorizations, and technical bid materials as part of submission
