- Contract Terms: Option clause allows ±25% quantity variation with corresponding delivery adjustments; demurrage at 0.5% of total contract value per day for unlifted items after 48 hours; if not lifted in a month, items may be destroyed.
- Payment & Delivery: Payments after CRAC creation; terms subject to Navy CDA/INS channel approvals; delivery period adjustments guided by option clause; GST reimbursement as actuals or applicable rate (not exceeding quoted percentage).
