Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

- OEM turnover: same 3-year turnover criterion for OEM; in bunch bids, OEM with highest bid value must meet turnover
- ISO 9001 certification required for bidder or OEM; BIS/type test certificates and other product certifications must be uploaded
- Inspection: Post Receipt Inspection at consignee site; pre-dispatch inspection not universally required unless ATC says otherwise
- Documents: GST, PAN, experience certificates, financial statements, EMD documents, OEM authorizations as applicable
- Warranty/penalties and payment terms to be detailed in ATC; non-submission of certificates may lead to rejection
