Gandhinagar Sewage Infrastructure Development Tender for 100 MLD STP & Pumping Stations

The bid submission deadline is November 1, 2025, at 17:00 hrs. All bids must be submitted online through the official portal before this time; late submissions will not be accepted.

Eligible bidders must possess a valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), have completed at least 3 similar large-scale sewage projects in the last 5 years, and maintain an average annual turnover of INR 500 million over the past three years. Supporting documents such as financial statements, certifications, and project experience proof are mandatory.

Participants must submit:

• Scan copy of Tender Fee
• Scan copy of EMD (INR 18.959 million)
• All supporting documents as specified in the tender, including project experience, certifications, and financial statements.
  Ensure all documents are uploaded before the bid deadline.

The project components must conform to IS standards, including:

• Pumps: Submersible or centrifugal, capacity for 100 MLD
• Pipelines: HDPE or ductile iron, pressure-rated
• Electrical systems: VFDs, SCADA integration
• Civil structures: As per detailed drawings and specifications provided in the tender documents.
  All equipment and civil works must meet quality and safety standards.

Bids will be evaluated based on technical competence (40%), financial proposal (30%), project methodology (20%), and past performance (10%). Bidders must score at least 70% in technical evaluation to qualify for financial assessment. The highest scoring compliant bid will be awarded the contract.
