✓ Must submit an affidavit regarding termination, blacklisting, or registration bans on Rs. 300 stamp paper, notarized.
✓ Must provide undertaking for deploying machinery/equipment on Rs. 300 stamp paper, notarized.
✓ Must submit Schedule-E experience in ongoing projects.
✓ Must provide Affidavit cum Undertaking as per Annexure B.
✓ Must submit General Information Technical/Service Profile as per Annexure D.
✓ Must have valid registration certificate of firm (proprietor, partnership, or company documents).
✓ Must submit Power of Attorney.
✓ Must provide PAN Card and latest income tax return.
✓ Must hold G.S.T. registration certificate.
✓ Must submit RPFC registration certificate and challan of last three months.
