002-Upload scan copy of Earnest Money Deposit Rs.17,000/- in the form of FDR (with a validity period of not less than 165 Days) from Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank in favour of Executive Engineer, Navrangpura (R and B) Division, Ahmedabad payable at Ahmedabad OR Exemption Certificate issued by R and B Deptt./W.R.D. is valid. (FDR for EMD must be purchased from the account of Bidder)

003-Upload Scan copy of Registration certificate of approved contractor in E-1 Class and above category from R and B Department / Irrigation Dept. (Certificate renewal receipt will not be accepted)

004-Upload Scan copy of Valid Bank Solvency required 20 percent of Estimated Cost put to tender of Scheduled/Nationalized Bank issued in the current calendar year 2025 only.

005-Upload Scan copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN Card) issued by Income Tax Department.

006-Upload Scan copy of G.S.T. Registration Certificate.

007-Upload scan copy of E.S.I.C. Registration Certificate.

008-Upload scan copy of E.P.F. Registration Certificate.

009-Upload scan copy of Address proof of Companies Main/Branch Office at Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Registration under shops and Establishment Act- Gumastadhara or professional Tax Registration.

010-Upload scan copy of experience certificate (Form-3A) of Rs.6.42 Lac (40 percent of Estimated Cost of Tender) having similar nature of work from last Five Financial years.
