Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

- Past performance: Evidence of one completed CMC of a similar category in the last 3 financial years or current year.
- Turnover: Average annual turnover of at least ₹4 Lakh over the previous 3 financial years ending 31 March 2025.
- Liability: Sub-contracting or assignment requires prior written consent of NHPC; joint liability remains with primary contractor.
- Delivery/Performance: In line with SOW; non-performance penalties or LDs as per ATC documents.
- Documentation: GST, PAN, experience certificates, financial statements, and OEM authorizations as applicable.
