Terms, Conditions & Eligibility
- Quantity variance: Purchaser may increase/decrease up to 25% of bid quantity at contract placement or during currency, with prorated delivery times and a minimum 30 days extension rule.
- Scope: Bid price must include supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and operator training; training and statutory clearances included if required.
- Documentation: Upload all required certificates; non-submission leads to rejection; OEM authorization may be required.
- Warranty: Warranty period as per specifications from final acceptance or post-installation; OEM warranties to be submitted at delivery; dedicated service centers and after-sales support within India.
- Delivery: Delivery timeline to be interpreted from the original delivery order and adjusted per option clause; ensure compliance with defense procurement norms and security clearances.
