Government Tender for Erection & Maintenance of HT/LT/TC Poles in Mahemdabad Division

The bid submission deadline is 10th November 2025 at 16:00. Bidders must submit all required documents electronically before this time. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Eligible bidders must have:

• Valid registration and licenses for power infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in erecting HT/LT power poles.
• An average annual turnover of at least INR 50 lakh in the last 3 years.
• Valid GST registration and statutory compliance.
• Submit EMD of INR 49,100 along with bid.

Participants should:

1. Download the tender documents from the NProcure portal.
2. Attend the pre-bid meeting scheduled on 14-11-2025.
3. Prepare and upload technical and financial bids electronically before the deadline.
4. Ensure all documents are in the prescribed formats.
5. Follow the instructions for bid submission and attend bid opening on 10-11-2025 at 16:00.

The poles must comply with BIS standards and be made of galvanized steel or concrete as specified in the technical specifications. They should withstand local environmental conditions and be tested for load capacity and durability. Technical drawings and specifications are detailed in the tender documents, ensuring safety and quality compliance.

The estimated project cost is approximately INR 49,07,344. Payment will be made in installments:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after completion of erection.
• 30% after successful testing and commissioning.
  All payments are subject to submission of valid invoices and inspection reports as per the contract terms.
