Submission of the Tender Fees Bid Security and Other Documents E.M.D. & Tender fee shall be submitted in electronic format only through online (by scanning) while uploading the bid, This submission shall mean that E.M.D. & Tender Fee is received. Accordingly offer of those shall be opened whose E.M.D. & Tender Fee received electronically. However for the purpose of realization of demand draft, Bidder shall send the Demand Draft in original through R.P.A.D. so as to reach Executive Engineer, (R&B) Division No.1, Surat, within 7 Days from the date of opening i.e. up to / /2025 during office hour’s penetrative action for not submitting Demand Draft in original to E.E. by Bidder shall be initiated. where E.M.D. Exemption Certificate is submitted will not be necessary. However the Exemption Certificate shall have to be submitted electronically through online, Any documents in supporting of bid shall be submitted in electronic format only through online (by scanning etc.) & hard copy will not accepted separately.
