Imported pumps require the OEM to have a registered Indian office to provide after-sales support. Ensure compliance with applicable medical device regulations, and provide OEM authorization documentation and service capability certificates as part of the bid package.

EMD is ₹30,000. Submit via demand draft or online payment as specified by the tender authority; attach proof of payment in the bid submission and ensure it remains valid through bid evaluation and contract award phases.

Bid price must cover Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, operator training, and any required statutory clearances. The price should reflect all-inclusive costs; the option clause allows quantity variation up to 25% at the same contracted rates.

If quantity increases by up to 25%, the delivery period adjusts as (Increased quantity / Original quantity) × Original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days. The purchaser may extend the period within the original delivery window while applying the option clause.
