Indian Air Force Repair & Overhauling Service for 40KVA GPU Diesel Generators at Yelahanka, 2025

Bidders must register, submit GST and PAN, provide experience certificates for similar GPU repairs, and include Scope of Work with Bid Acceptance Certificate sealed by the company. EMD/ security deposits as applicable must accompany the bid, with on-site repair capability at Air Force Station Yelahanka.

Prepare GST certificate, PAN, 2-3 years financial statements, experience certificates for diesel generator repairs, technical bid, OEM authorizations if needed, EMD documents, Scope of Work file signed with company seal, and Bid Acceptance Certificate.

Repair scope covers on-site maintenance and overhaul of a 40KVA GPU diesel generator; exact tasks are detailed in the Scope of Work attachment. Ensure adherence to on-site repair processes and delivery timelines as per the contract and ATC terms of variation up to 50%.

The buyer may increase or decrease contract quantity or duration up to 50% at the time of issue of the contract. Once issued, adjustments remain capped at 50% to accommodate project needs.

Payment terms align with ATC; the service provider pays staff salaries initially and then claims payment from the buyer with all statutory documents, including PF/ESIC and bank statements, as required by the contract.

Bidder must upload the Bid Acceptance Certificate and the Scope of Work, both signed and sealed with the company seal, to confirm acceptance of terms and conditions and the scope.

Repair work is to be conducted on-site at the Air Force Station Yelahanka in Bengaluru, ensuring compliance with the Scope of Work and associated buyer terms for on-site maintenance.

Eligible bidders should have prior experience in diesel generator repair, demonstrate financial stability via audited statements, hold valid GST/PAN registrations, and be able to perform on-site repairs at Air Force premises per Scope of Work.
