Bidders must submit PAN, GSTIN, cancelled cheque, EFT mandate, and Annexure-2 PQ documents; supply SITC of PPI/MPI/PROFIBUS to Ethernet gateway per Annexure-1; ensure 10% PBG and SLA-compliant warranty coverage; final acceptance per Clause 2.0.

Required documents include PAN, GSTIN, cancelled cheque, EFT mandate, PQ documents per Annexure-2, OEM authorizations if applicable, and technical bid showing Annexure-1 compliance; GST handling details are bidder’s responsibility.

Equipment must support PPI/MPI/PROFIBUS to Ethernet conversion as per Annexure-1; delivery at Blocks 1, 3, 12, 15; ensure final acceptance criteria specified in Clause 2.0; no pre-dispatch inspection is required.

A 10% of the contract value Performance Security/Bank Guarantee is mandatory, with format as per STC; this covers warranty obligations and contractual compliance.

Final acceptance is governed by Annexure-1 Clause 2.0; warranty duration and coverage are defined in Clause 6.0 of Annexure-1; service SLAs mandate timely issue resolution during warranty.

GST reimbursement will be on actuals or the applicable rates, whichever is lower, and capped at the quoted GST percentage; bidder bears the GST treatment responsibility.

Eligibility follows Annexure-2 PQ; bidders must demonstrate relevant SITC experience for data-sharing gateways and show financial stability to support 10% PBG and ongoing warranty servicing.

Scope includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and operator training; also includes provision of any statutory clearances if required and post-warranty service SLAs per Annexure-1.
