• The contractor must ensure minimal downtime during maintenance activities and coordinate with plant operations for seamless execution.

Bidders must demonstrate compatibility with existing plant systems and adhere to safety standards. The technical process involves:

1. System assessment.
2. Inspection of hydraulic lines, pumps, valves, and sensors.
3. Replacement or repair of defective components.

The estimated project cost is INR 28,80,000. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 30% advance payment upon contract signing.
• 40% after completion of 50% of scheduled maintenance.
• 30% upon final acceptance and submission of all reports.
