Construction of P.S.Q. Cat. B-10 & D-02 (P+5) & ACB Police Station (G+1) with Electrification

• Construction of P.S.Q. Cat. B-10 & D-02 (P+5 floors) and ACB Police Station (G+1 floor) including all civil, structural, and finishing works.
• Complete electrification of the buildings as per specifications.
• Procurement and utilization of required plants and equipment, including:
  1. Identification and listing of plant and equipment with details such as name, make, manufacturer, capacity, and cost.
  2. Site visit mandatory before tendering to assess all work aspects and clarify ambiguities with the engineer in-charge.
  3. Arrangements for unloading and fixing furniture and other materials at designated locations.

• Compliance with all technical specifications and general conditions outlined in tender documents.
• Adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the construction process.
• Coordination with the tender inviting authority for inspections and approvals.

• Visit site prior to bidding for assessment.
• Submit detailed construction methodology and sequence of work.
• Provide list and specifications of proposed plant and machinery.

• Follow IS standards and special conditions as per tender documents.
• Ensure quality control and testing as per specifications.

• Tender fee of ₹12,000 must be paid to participate.
• EMD of ₹521,658 required as earnest money to secure bid.
• Payment terms:
  1. Payment will be made as per milestones defined in contract.
  2. Final payment upon successful completion and acceptance of work.
  3. Retention money and security deposits as per contract conditions.
• All payments subject to applicable taxes and statutory deductions.
• Bid validity period is 120 days from last date of bid submission.
