The total estimated budget for this project is approximately 2.4 crore INR, detailed as follows:

Payment terms are structured as:

• 10% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after completion of foundation and structural work.
• 30% after installation of infrastructure.
• Remaining 20% upon final inspection and approval.
  All payments are subject to submission of valid invoices and completion certificates.
