The selected consultancy firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive services including:

• Interim progress reports every month.
• Final comprehensive report with actionable insights.
• Presentation of findings to project stakeholders.

1. Review of existing plant data and documentation.
2. Site visits and inspections.
3. Data analysis and diagnostics.
4. Draft report submission for review.
5. Final report submission and presentation.

The scope also includes providing technical support during implementation of recommended improvements, if required.

Payment terms are as follows:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after submission of interim reports.
• 30% upon final report approval.
