The selected consultancy firm will be responsible for:

• Facilitating land acquisition processes and obtaining necessary land permissions.
• Securing forest clearance and environmental approvals.

The process involves:

1. Initial site assessment and data collection.
2. Conducting environmental impact assessments.
3. Drafting and submitting the DPR for approval.
4. Managing land acquisition procedures.
5. Obtaining forest and environmental clearances.
6. Finalizing project documentation and compliance reports.

Deliverables include detailed reports, environmental clearance documents, land acquisition plans, and project timelines. Bidders must demonstrate experience in similar infrastructure projects and environmental regulations.

The consultancy services must adhere to the following technical parameters:

Sequential process:

1. Data collection and initial assessment.
2. Environmental and social impact analysis.
3. Drafting of DPR.
4. Submission for approval.
5. Land and forest clearance processing.
6. Final reporting and documentation.

All technical submissions must be in accordance with the guidelines specified in the tender documents and meet the standards set by Gujarat state authorities.

Payment terms are as follows:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
