Sequential process includes site survey, material procurement, cable laying, erection, testing, and final approval. All procedures must comply with applicable safety and technical standards, and documentation should be maintained for audit purposes.

The estimated project cost is INR 30,00,000. The bid submission must include a comprehensive financial proposal with detailed cost breakdowns. The bid security (EMD) is INR 1,18,000, payable via DD or RTGS. Payment terms are as follows:

1. 10% of the contract value as advance upon agreement signing.
2. 40% after 50% work completion.
3. 50% after project completion and testing.
