1. Submission of initial work plan and schedule.
2. Conduct site inspections and prepare a detailed work report.
3. Execute electrical maintenance activities as per approved plans.
4. Regularly monitor and document work progress.
5. Complete all tasks within the stipulated completion period of 11 months.

All electrical work must adhere to departmental safety and quality standards, with periodic inspections and testing as per government guidelines.

The estimated project cost is Rs. 7,89,921. Bidders must submit a bid with detailed cost breakdown including labor, materials, and overheads. Payment will be made in installments linked to project milestones, with the final payment upon completion and approval. The bid must include a valid EMD of Rs. 7900/- and adhere to the financial terms specified in the tender documents. All costs should be exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be paid as per prevailing rates. The financial proposal should be submitted electronically within the stipulated deadline, ensuring compliance with the tender guidelines.
