• Ensuring all equipment and consumables meet ISO, CE, or FDA standards.
• Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring operational readiness.
• Supporting patient care services through dedicated support staff.

1. Submission of technical and commercial bids via the official portal.
2. Technical evaluation based on compliance with technical specifications and documentation.
3. Commercial evaluation based on bid competitiveness.
4. Final award to the most suitable bidder meeting all criteria.
