Bidders are required to submit a bid security deposit as EMD, which is to be submitted along with the bid documents. Payment terms include an initial mobilization advance (if applicable), progress payments based on milestones, and final settlement upon project completion. The bid offer must be valid for 120 days from the bid submission deadline.
