The process includes:

1. Receiving work orders from the plant.
2. Mobilizing equipment and personnel.
3. Collecting scrap as per specified locations.
4. Transporting scrap to designated disposal or storage areas.
5. Completing documentation and reporting.

Key deliverables include operational readiness, compliance with safety standards, and timely completion of tasks.

Bidder must ensure availability of all equipment, trained operators, and compliance with safety norms.

Bidders must provide equipment meeting the following technical parameters:

• Hydra Crane: Capacity 10-20 tons, hydraulic system, safety features.
• JCB: Standard model with attachments suitable for scrap handling.
• Tractor Trolley: Load capacity 5-10 tons, robust chassis, and safety features.

Sequential process:

1. Inspection of equipment before deployment.
2. Maintenance checks during operations.
3. Regular safety audits.

Technical compliance must be demonstrated through certificates and operational records. Equipment should adhere to IS standards for safety and efficiency.

The estimated project value ranges from INR 10,00,000 to INR 20,00,000. The financial breakdown includes:

Payment terms specify that 30% of the total amount will be paid upfront, with remaining payments linked to milestones and completion. All payments will be made through bank transfer upon submission of valid invoices and completion certificates. Bidders must submit a bank guarantee or EMD as specified.
