The selected agency will be responsible for providing comprehensive manpower services, including skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labor for the maintenance and operational support of Narmada Bhavan Colony & Office Building at Ward 5-B, Adipur, Kutch. Key deliverables include:

• 30% advance payment upon contract signing.
• 40% after 6 months based on performance and submission of progress reports.
• 30% upon successful completion at the end of the contract period.

Bidders must submit a refundable EMD of Rs. 56,556 along with their bid, payable to the Executive Engineer, Kachchh Branch Canal Division No. 2/3, Adipur. The bid validity period is 180 days from the bid submission deadline. All financial documents must be CA-certified and submitted along with the bid as proof of financial stability.
