The bidder shall submit/upload a route map showing the distance from the Hot Mix Plant to Koba circle along with a notarized affidavit on Rs.300/- non-judicial stamp paper. Non-submission of the required documentary evidence shall render the bidder ineligible and the tender shall be liable to rejection.
Required8) Scan copy of The bidder shall own the required machinery/ equipment for execution of the work, including vogele self vibrated sensor paver, mechanical asphalt sprayer. Valid documentary proof of ownership shall be submitted along with the tender Machinery/ equipment offered on hire, lease, rental basis, or supported only by a rental agreement shall not be accepted.
Required9) Scan copy of The bidder shall have successfully completed at least 6512.00 Sqm. (40 Percent of the total quantity) of cold milling work up to 50mm thickness in any Government/ Semi Government/ Public sector work, documentary proof in the from of a completion certificate/ Form-3 shall be submitted along with the tender documents. Experience of private works shall not be considered.
