Required1(a) For OEM: Bidder shall furnish self-declaration on letterhead confirming that the bidder is OEM of the offered software • For Authorized partner: Bidder shall submit valid authorization letter / Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF) issued by OEM specifically for this tender In either case, bidder shall submit an undertaking from OEM to provide back-to-back technical support, software updates and product warranty during the contract period.
Required1(b) Bidders (Both associated with GGL and not associated with GGL): Bidders shall submit successfully executed Work Orders/Contract/LOI related to implement & support ePTW system for Project / Operations / Maintenance sites of Central / State Government, State / Central PSUs, or Oil / Gas Pipeline operators / CGD companies / Electricity DISCOMs or TRANSCOs / Telecommunications companies as proof towards experience in last 7 years reckoned from the tender publish month.
Required1(c) Bidders not associated with GGL: Bidder shall submit Work Completion Certificate issued by client, for each of the above submitted Purchase orders / Work Orders
Required1(d) Bidder shall submit utility bill / GST certificate as proof of local implementation & support based in India
Required2(a) All Bidders (GGL associated as well as non-associated): CA certificate with UDIN number mentioning Turn over from Audited Balance Sheets from any of preceding three financial years i.e. any one of FY 23-24, FY 24-25 and FY 25-26.
Required2(b) All Bidders (GGL associated as well as non-associated): CA certificate with UDIN number mentioning Working Capital from Audited Balance Sheets. i.e. FY 25-26, if audited balance sheet is not available for FY 25-26, bidder shall submit CA certificate for FY 24-25
