01. Upload Scan Copy of Tender fee of Rs.2400/- in the form of Demand Draft Only (Cash Not Acceptable) in favour of Executive Engineer, Ahmedabad Electrical Division No-01, Ahmedabad. Payable at Ahmedabad from any nationalized / Scheduled Bank. (DD for Tender fee must be purchased from the account of Bidder)
Required02. Upload Scan copy of Earnest Money Deposit Rs. 68000/- in the form of FDR (with a validity period of not less than 165 days) from nationalized / scheduled bank in favour of Executive Engineer, Ahmedabad Electrical Division No-01, Ahmedabad, Payable at Ahmedabad OR Exemption Certificate issued by R and B Deptt./ W.R.D. is valid. (FDR for EMD must be purchased from the account of bidder)
Required03. The bidder must be an empaneled agency in GUVNL/DISCOMs/Torrent Power Ltd. (Letter from the any DISCOMs with Empanelment No. and Validity, for the Empanelment as a Vendor)
Required04. Upload Scan Copy of Valid Bank Solvency required 20 percent of Estimated Cost put to tender of Scheduled / Nationalized Bank issued in the current calendar year 2025 only.
Required05. Upload Scan Copy of Permanent Account Number Issued by Income Tax (PAN Card No.).
Required06. Upload Scan Copy of GST Registration Certificate.
Required07. Upload Scan Copy of Valid Electrical Contractor License Issue by the Licensing Board of Government of Gujarat.
Required08. Bidder must have successful experience of work completion of at least one (1) similar nature of work i.e. SITC of Rooftop On-Grid Solar Power system work, cost not less than 40Percentage of the amount put to tender i.e. Rs. 27,20,000.00 in last five financial years. (only SITC work experience will be considered, Solar Power system Maintenance work experience will not be considered)
Required09. Bidder Must have an annual financial turnover in any one (1) of the last five (5) financial years from current financial year, updated to the current financial year shall be more than Rs.__20400000.00 (as per the SBD formula given in 4.5.3 (a)) (C.A. Certificate with UDIN number will be considered)
Required10. The Bidder Must have Total Cumulative Past experience in design, supply, installation and commissioning of Solar Rooftop Power Project in last Five (5) financial years. i.e. 100 Percentage of the Total Tender Qty in (write KW Number) KW. (only SITC work experience will be considered, Solar Power system Maintenance work experience will not be considered)
Required11. The Bidder Must have successfully completed total Cumulative past experience of minimum 40 Percentage of the Total Tender Qty in (write KW Number) KW in any one (1) of the last Five (5) financial years (i.e.64 kw). (only SITC work experience will be considered, Solar Power system Maintenance work experience will not be considered)
Required12. The Bidder shall be a body incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 or 2013 and above including any amendment thereto. A copy of the certificate of incorporation shall be furnished along with the Bid in support of above. Proprietorship, Partnership firms having valid registration of the firm with the concerned Government authorities, shall also be eligible to participate in the tender subject to their fulfilling all the terms and conditions given in the documents.
