The selected consultancy will be responsible for the following:

The estimated budget for this consultancy service ranges between $500,000 and $750,000 USD. The cost breakdown includes:

Payment terms are as follows:

• 20% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% upon submission of preliminary designs.
• 30% after approval of detailed drawings.
• 10% post-completion and final acceptance.

All payments are subject to submission of valid invoices and progress reports, with adherence to project milestones and quality standards.
