• Supply of materials: DGVCL will supply cables, poles, and fabrication materials. The contractor is responsible for jointing kits and end termination in scope.
• Laying and installation: Execute underground cable laying at designated locations, including site survey, surface utility verification, and trenching.
• Testing and commissioning: Conduct thorough testing of installed cables, including insulation resistance, continuity, and voltage withstand tests, followed by commissioning.
• Dismantling work: Remove existing network components such as TCDP, poles, and lines as per project requirements.
• Survey work: Perform site survey including Surface Utility Engineering (SUE) with GPR and EPL to verify underground utilities.
• Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed reports, test certificates, and as-built drawings.
