Delivery must be completed within 2 months from contract signing, with documentation supporting quality and compliance. Samples may be tested for verification.

Bids are evaluated based on technical compliance (40%), price (30%), delivery schedule (20%), and past experience (10%). Bids must meet all mandatory criteria, including technical specifications and documentation. The highest scoring bid will be awarded the contract. Minimum technical score of 70% is required for qualification.
