If the work is Completed after Nov-2023 then the full amount as per the form 3A Which is Online submitted by the bidder will be considered. Such work must have been completed in any one year of last five financial year i.e. form 01/04/2020 till the Last date of bid for this work . for the scrutiny of details of Form 3A, if bill of the work mentioned in Form 3A is sought by tenderer, Agency has to Provide it Immediately. IF Bill is not Provided by the agency than evaluation will be carried out according to details mentioned in form 3A.
