The selected contractor will be responsible for:

• Removal of existing thermal insulation on Unit No. 7, Stage-III at Wanakbori TPS.

The process will follow these sequential steps:

2. Dismantling and removal of old insulation.
3. Supply of insulation materials as per technical specifications.
4. Application of new spray thermal insulation under supervision.
5. Inspection and quality assurance post-application.

Key deliverables include detailed reports, safety compliance documentation, and adherence to project timelines. The work must be completed within 24 months, with all activities aligned with the technical and safety standards specified in the tender documents.

Bidders must ensure all materials meet the specified technical standards and possess necessary certifications. The work site requires strict safety protocols and environmental compliance throughout the project duration.

The insulation materials must withstand temperatures up to 600°C with minimal degradation. The application process should ensure uniform coverage and adherence to safety standards. The technical parameters include:

• Material Composition: High-temperature spray foam with thermal conductivity < 0.035 W/mK.
• Application Thickness: As per manufacturer recommendations, typically 50-100 mm.
• Curing Time: Minimum 24 hours before inspection.
• Inspection: Conducted as per GSECL standards, including thermal performance and adhesion tests.
