Payment terms are linked to project milestones, with an initial advance upon contract signing and subsequent payments based on progress and approved deliverables. Bidders must submit a valid bank guarantee or EMD as specified. The total bid amount should be inclusive of all taxes and duties, with clear delineation of costs in Schedule B_GWFCM_Palanpore form.
