Required002(b)-Legal and Valid Entity: The Bidder shall necessarily be a legally valid entity either in the form of a Limited Company / Private Limited Company (registered under the Companies Act, 1956 / 2013) or proprietorship firms /partnership firms registered with relevant authorities viz. For partnership concerns, registered partnership deed copy duly attested and for Proprietorship Company, in addition to copies of PAN card, Aadhar Card, it should have Shop and Establishment licence under the act. Bidders in the form of JV/ consortium are not permitted. Proof for supporting the legal entity of the Bidder shall be submitted. The bidder shall submit the certificate under the Companies Act, 1956 or companies registered under Companies Act 2013.
Required003(c)-Registration: The Bidder should be registered with the Income Tax Department, GST (Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs) and also be registered under the Labour Laws (Copy of Current Labour License of any work), Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Employees State Insurance Corporation Proof thereof should be furnished, Establishment Certificate (Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar Only) Registration Certificate.
Required004(d)-Clearance: The Bidder should also have filed upto date dues of GST/ Sales/ Service Tax/ Income Tax Returns of relevant period with relevant proof in support shall be submitted.
Required005(e)-Bank Solvency: The Bidder should also have Bank Solvency certificate issued from the Nationalised or Scheduled Bank for 20 percent of Estimated Cost (i.e. Rs. 9.18 lac) or more, Current calendar Year.

Bungalow, Minister Bungalow campus, M.L.A. Hostel, Vidhansabha) and Government Departments/Public Sector office (Central or State)/ Reputed Corporate premises and in reputed organisations like Embassies/ High Commissions, Government Residential Quarters/Colonies and equivalent or above 3 Star Hotels.
Required007(g)-Bidder must also note that Profit before Tax should be Positive in last 3 (three) audited financial years. The bidder shall not be a loss making firm or with negative cash flow during the last 3 (three) financial years.
Required(i) In proof of having fully adhered to the minimum eligibility criteria at 2(b), self attested copy of Certificates of Incorporation issued by the respective registrar of firms/companies should be enclosed.
Required(ii) In proof of having fully adhered to minimum eligibility criteria at 3(c), self attested copies of PAN/TAN, Contract Labour License (Copy of Current Labour License of any work) from the Labour Department, GST Registration, EPFO Registration, ESIC Registration shall be submitted by the bidder.
