002(b)-Legal and Valid Entity: The Bidder shall necessarily be a legally valid entity either in the form of a Limited Company / Private Limited Company (registered under the Companies Act, 1956 / 2013) or proprietorship firms /partnership firms registered with relevant authorities viz.
