The scope of work includes:

• Providing, supplying, lowering, laying, and jointing of PVC pipelines in specified villages.
• Installation of 110 mm diameter PVC pipelines in Balala, Zamdi, and Raska villages.
• Laying of 200 mm diameter PVC pipelines in Devapara and Ghanshyampar villages.
• Ensuring proper jointing and sealing of pipelines to prevent leaks.

The process involves:

1. Mobilization of materials and equipment at the site.
2. Excavation and trenching as per the approved drawings.
3. Laying of PVC pipes in trenches, ensuring alignment and proper bedding.
4. Jointing and sealing of pipes using approved methods.
5. Pressure testing to verify leak-proof joints.
6. Backfilling and restoration of the site.
7. Final inspection and commissioning.

All works must comply with the Gujarat Water Supply and Sewerage Board standards and regulations.

The pipelines must be made of high-quality PVC conforming to IS standards, with pressure ratings suitable for domestic water supply systems. The pipes should have smooth internal surfaces for efficient flow. Jointing must be performed with solvent cement joints, ensuring leak-proof connections. The pressure test should be conducted at 1.5 times the operating pressure for a minimum duration of 2 hours. The installation process involves excavation, bedding, laying, jointing, testing, and backfilling, following the detailed technical guidelines provided in the tender documents.

All procedures must be documented and approved by the designated engineer before project completion.

The estimated project cost is approximately ₹39,18,964.31. Bidders are required to submit a bid security (EMD) equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost, i.e., ₹78,379.28. The tender fee is ₹1,500. Payment terms include:

• 10% of the contract value as mobilization advance upon signing the agreement.
• Progress payments based on milestones achieved.
• Final payment after successful project completion and acceptance.

The bid validity period is 180 days from the bid submission deadline. All financial offers must be submitted in the prescribed format and include detailed cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and other expenses.
